Join us in an immersive walk into the real roman city, starting from Piazza di Spagna, a square located in the center of Rome, where you will see the fountain of the Barcaccia, a fantastic work of Bernini, situated in front the famous Spanish steps. Your afternoon walk will continue through the traditional alleys of the city center, where your tour guide will lead you to the Trevi Fountain, the largest one in Rome and among the most famous ones in the world.
We will then stop by the Pantheon and visit the famous Basilica of Santa Maria Sopra Minerva, a beautiful church that is one of the very few examples of gothic architecture in Rome.
Also during the journey there will be a stop at Torre Argentina, the place where Julius Cesar was stabbed and killed. As a final stop of your tour, you will visit the church of San Luigi dei Francesi where you can admire beautiful works by Caravaggio, one of the most famous Italian painters of the Baroque period.
The tour will then take us in Piazza Navona, where you can enjoy a good coffee, a hot chocolate or a gelato in some of the many cafeterias in front of the beautiful works of Bernini and Borromini, as the Fountain of the Four Rivers or the Church of Sant’Agnese in Agonia.
Dive into the city center with this amazing tour and explore the hidden side of Rome, between great masterpieces and traditional streets and alleys.
